Four personalised coaching sessions where we dive into your situation so that you get the tailored help to help you understand and transform your reactivity to patience, compassion and kindness.
Over the 4 sessions we will:
Identify the root cause of your unwanted emotions ie anger, anxiety, sadness, irritability, impatience, overwhelm etc and identify the resources you have today to no longer be caught in that loop and set a goal for how you would like your life to be.
Learn tried and tested techniques to help bring yourself into the present moment so that you can unhook from you hijacking emotions and thoughts and learn to befriend your anger.
Learn how to create harmony in your life with my Notice, Pause, Choose method that takes you from reacting to responding.
Learn to lift the veil and recognise that our emotions and reactions are based on our perceptions and transform your thoughts and perceptions.

A workbook with techniqes and journal questions to support you through the program and beyond
Support in between sessions
Guided meditations if relevant

Nat’s journey began with sudden vision loss in 2013 – but it wasn’t until her Eat Pray Love year in 2018 that something extraordinary happened: after months of presence, practice, and reflection, doctors were suddenly able to restore her eyesight. That moment changed everything. She realised the mind isn’t something to fix – it’s a Wonderland to explore.
Since then, Nat’s adventures into the mind have taken her to walk sacred paths in Nepal, sit with Buddhist Masters and explore how visualisation, presence and neuroscience unlock a new way of being.
Today Nat has founded the Calm Mind Academy, where she shares the tools that transformed her life. Nat blends neuroscience, Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, metaphysics, and intuitive insight into practical steps to help people regulate their nervous system and reshape the way they think, feel, and live.
