Meet Korchak Kenpo la and find out how you can help sponsor his monastery here in Nepal My friend since 2018, when we first met on Buddhist Pilgrimage through India and Nepal, has been requested by the head of our Tibetan Sakya Lineage to run a monastery in a very quiet and not-so-well-to-do area of Kathmandu. Kenpo la has been slowly building the sangha (community) with daily teachings and has even built his own little home, which I'll show you in other video. In this video Kenpo la talks about his history and why he would like to have your help to buy some dharma items for the gompa (temple) and a security fence to protect his home and the gompa, as young children are starting to vandalise and damage his home, his motor bike and the gardens.
