Introduction to the Blossoming Lotus Coaching Program

The Lotus Moments Protocol - the daily process and basis of this coaching program - was born in the sanctuary of a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in the spiritual centre of Nepal while I was attending an 8 week retreat last year.

The Blossoming Lotus Coaching Program is a deeply supportive, mindfulness-based coaching journey that integrates Buddhism, neuroscience, nervous system work and energy healing.

It helps you to heal from the long-term and often hidden imprints of chronic stress, anxiety and fear by working with the Lotus Moments Protocol to restore inner calm, resilience, and wellbeing.

The program is designed for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, guiding them to rewire patterns, release emotional tension, and cultivate deep self-trust using the power of their mind and heart..

For those who have tried all of the other healing methods - medical and natural and want to create some momentum in their self-healing journey using a simple 5 step daily process that you can do in less than 10 minutes.

Understanding the The Lotus Moments Protocol

The Lotus Moments Protocol is a simple yet powerful daily mindfulness practice designed to gently rewire your brain towards calm, connection, and emotional resilience.

By bringing awareness to these five elements each day, you help regulate your nervous system, shift focus from stress and discomfort, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace - even in the face of anxiety, stress and chronic health challenges.

These are the exact elements that I realised excelled my healing while I was in Nepal and as I continued them upon my return to Australia, the healing continued and allowed my to transition off the immunosuppressants, even when the Specialist was saying that my body couldn’t handle it and that I’d be back to see her to increase the dose again.

When we tie all of these elements together we create the heart and brain coherance, this phenomenal energy that creates the environment for healing to occur..

The elements are designed as follows:

💖 - Loving-Kindness

Recognising and appreciating the love and kindness around you—whether through acts of generosity, compassion from others, or simply noticing goodness in the world. It’s also about choosing to be unconditionally kind, offering small gestures of care and warmth to yourself and those around you, even in moments when it feels difficult.

🪷O - Openness

Meeting life with curiosity, kindness and acceptance, rather than resistance. This includes being present in the moment, noticing what is rather than what should be, and allowing yourself to move with life’s changes instead of fighting against them.

🤝 T - Togetherness

Actively building connections and seeking support, even in ways that may not seem obvious. Whether it’s reaching out to a friend, finding comfort in an online community, or simply feeling connected to nature or something greater than yourself, togetherness reminds you that you’re not alone.

🐦‍🔥 U - Unbroken

When dealing with anxiety or chronic illness, it’s easy to focus on what feels wrong. This step is about recognising the parts of your body and mind that are whole and working. It can be as simple as your breath, your thoughts, your ability to move, see, or feel. Even in times of challenges, there are aspects of you that remain intact and strong.

🛟 S - Safety

Soothing your nervous system by reminding your mind and body that you are safe is crucial for restoring balance to your nervous system.

Anxiety, fear and chronic stress activate the fight-flight-freeze-fawn response, keeping your body in a state of high alert. Practising felt safety means consciously noticing the ways you are protected - feeling the security of your home, the warmth of a blanket, the presence of supportive relationships. Over time, this practice helps calm the amygdala, regulate the nervous system, and shift your body from alert to healing mode.

How the Blossoming Lotus Program Supports Healing & Wellbeing

The Blossoming Lotus Program is designed to gently regulate your nervous system, which is essential for moving out of stress and into a state of calm, resilience, and healing. When the nervous system is dysregulated - due to anxiety, frear, chronic illness, or ongoing stress - the body remains stuck in fight-flight-freeze-fawn mode, leading to heightened emotional reactivity, inflammation, and exhaustion.

By being supported by Nat to understand the steps of LOTUS and guided to apply them directly to your challenges, you are actively retraining your nervous system to move from a survival state into a place of safety and balance. A regulated nervous system allows you to:

  • Feel calmer and more in control, rather than overwhelmed by stress or anxiety

  • Respond instead of react, giving you the ability to pause and choose your actions with clarity

  • Support emotional and physical healing, as your body shifts from stress mode into a state where repair and recovery can happen

  • Increase resilience, making it easier to navigate life’s challenges without feeling constantly drained

  • Strengthen emotional flexibility, so you can manage difficult situations with greater ease and self-compassion

Each step of the Lotus Moments Protocol plays a role in regulating the nervous system:

  • Loving-Kindness activates the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) system, reducing stress hormones and increasing feelings of connection and safety.

  • Openness encourages curiosity, kindness and acceptance, which lowers resistance-based stress and allows for emotional flow.

  • Togetherness strengthens the vagus nerve through connection and co-regulation, helping the body shift out of survival mode.

  • Unbroken redirects focus away from pain and fear, reinforcing a sense of stability and internal support. Dr Joe Dispenza teaches us that we need to see ourselves as healed to rewire the brain to be geared towards healing and away from further illness

  • Safety directly reassures the amygdala and lowers cortisol, signalling to the body that it is safe to relax and heal.

Over time, this practice rewires your brain and body for calm, resilience, and mindful awareness, allowing you to step out of chronic stress patterns and into a life where you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.

What's included in each session

The Blossoming Lotus Program will consist of at least 9 sessions. As I am still developing and testing the program, I may find extra sessions are helpful.

These sessions will include mindfulness exercises, intuitive messages from reading your energy body, rewiring your brain techniques based on neuroscience and neurolinguistic programing

Session 1: Aspiration Setting & Nervous System Awareness

  • Where is my nervous system currently at?

  • What emotional patterns am I noticing?

  • What does healing look like for me?

Sessions 2 - 8: Deepening the Lotus Moments Protocol for Self-Healing

Session 2&3

  • Safety part 1: gently introduces the concept of safety, connects to your lived experience, and empowers you with nervous system tools, intertwining research from Dr Joe Dispenza and Louise Hay.

  • Saftety part 2: explores the roots of feeling unsafe (trauma, past beliefs) with a reflective meditation and energetic release of inbuilt trauma, intertwining research from Gabor Mate and Buddhism

Then, you get to have fun and do a self-inquiry quiz to see how the L, O, T and U are showing up in your life and then you get to choose which order you go through the elements. Each session will be tailored for you and include:

  • Loving-Kindness

  • Openness.

  • Togetherness

  • Unbroken - includes 2 sessions if you need

    • Creating Your own Unbroken Guided Meditation

    • Removing limiting beliefs around healing with NLP

Final Session: Integration & Next Steps

  • How do I carry this forward?

BONUS: Practices to Invoke a Feeling of Safety

Recognising your nervous system response is only the first step. Your body can learn to shift into safety through mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation practices.

We will delve into more nervous system regulation practices throughout the program, but I wanted to give you some tools to start you on your journey and thank you for reading this far

If I sense, or if you tell me that you’re stuck on a session topic then we can add an extra session at no charge. This journey is about supporting you to rewrite your story and I’m here to help you do that.

My sessions are 90 minutes because I believe that health and wellness coaching is amplified when we connect with each other and talk. I don’t follow the same quick fix, short and sharp sessions unless you request me to. By working this way all of my clients become my friends and this level of trust and support empowers you to grow even stronger.

You are welcome to pay up front or to pay $697 over 3 montly payments. Other payment plans are available upon request, I’m happy to adjust to your circumstances because I know how hard it can be when we’re not working full time or working regularly.
