When grief won't let you go, tools and wisdom to finally feel lighter

You are living your life, showing up, working, socialising, doing what needs to be done, and yet there is a part of you that carries something heavy, a grief that settled in and never quite left, and if you are wondering whether it ever will, this masterclass was made for exactly this moment.

Over 90 minutes together we will begin by simply acknowledging what you are carrying, because grief comes in many forms, whether it is the loss of a person, a relationship, your health, your home, your sense of self, or the life you once imagined. All of it is real and all of it deserves to be honoured.

From there you will start to understand why grief feels the way it does, why it moves through you in waves and unexpected emotions, and why it has stayed longer than you thought it should, because this understanding alone can bring enormous relief.

Then comes the gentle but powerful work, where using mindfulness tools drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, woven together with neuroscience and ancient Buddhist wisdom, you will learn how to move through the layers of grief rather than around them, discovering how your values can become your compass when grief clouds everything, and how to find small meaningful ways to carry your loss forward with purpose rather than weight.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of your own grief and why it has felt so persistent, practical mindfulness tools you can use immediately when grief feels overwhelming, a values based framework for responding to grief in ways you won't regret, a somatic practice to help grief move through your body rather than settle in it, and a new relationship with your loss that honours what you have been through and opens space for you to feel lighter, more purposeful and truly alive again.

Grief doesn't have to be the thing that defines you. It can become the thing that deepens you.

Why I created this Masterclass

I created this special Masterclass on grief and loss because members of the Mind Your Mind Community requested it and also because grief has played a huge part in understanding my chronic health issues / autoimmune journey.

Grief is an interesting emotion. I find that unlike frustration or sadness, I can push grief down and ignore it more easily.

It's really interesting as I've trained for over a decade with mindfulness tools that help me to become aware of, connect with and release different emotions and energies that I have.

Yet with grief and loss there seems to be infinite layers, hidden deep within my body and soul.

Grief from when I was a child, at home, at school, with friends, with family.

Grief as I tried to navigate my way through friendships at school and after.

Grief for the loved ones who have passed.

Grief through relationships I tried to have, navigating betrayal, hurt and abuse.

Grief from the physical pain that chronic health conditions cause, but more so, grief from having to let go of the hopes and dreams of the life I once lived, or the life I planned on living.

Grief from wanting to have a mum and dad that might be remotely like tv parents - you know the ones who are able to communicate with you, that might give you a hug once in a while, that maybe you could sit and eat a meal with instead of having to be silent.

The grief that comes from having to get up and do it all again, to try again. Resilience is a gift that those of us who have struggled have, but being resilient and strong doesn't mean we don't feel grief for what we've had to go through or lost.

I'm still discovering old grief hidden in my body and learning about ways to release it. So this workshop isn't the bees knees, perfect workshop, but it's one to help you feel heard and understood, to help you know that you're not alone.

I'll be sharing with you several techniques to help you identify and release your grief, and most importantly, rewrite your story so that the grief isn't holding you back in the darkness.

After all, we all deserve to shine.

Hi I'm Nat

Calm Mind & Nervous System Coach, Meditation Teacher and Intuitive.

I am a guide for curious minds' ready to rewrite their story and shine beyond stress, anxiety, or health challenges.

I have a unique insight into the power of the mind and how damaging stress can be to our wellbeing because I’ve been there too.

I made it through the devastating prospect of going blind, I lived with chronic pain and I flourished from an autoimmune condition that caused fatigue, nerve pain, severe eczema and extreme hypersensitivity.

I get it. Life can be out right challenging, but with the power of presence and the power of our mind, we can rewrite our story!

My adventures into the mind have taken me to walk sacred paths in Nepal, sit with Buddhist Masters and explore how visualisation, presence and neuroscience unlock a new way of being.

My work is soulful, scientifically grounded and with compassionate support from someone who’s walked the path.

If you're ready to explore your mind and find out who you are, I will walk beside you.

Mind open. Compass in hand.

Ready to help you Rewrite Your Story.
