The Mind–Body Connection

A three-session metaphysics and neuroscience coaching series to uncover the deeper meaning behind your physical and emotional symptoms.

Your body is always communicating.
When emotions go unprocessed, they don’t simply disappear, they imprint themselves onto your nervous system and can show up as physical tension, chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or patterns you can’t seem to shift.

The Mind–Body Connection helps you uncover the hidden meaning behind your symptoms and understand what your body is trying to say.
Using a blend of neuroscience, metaphysics and Nat’s intuitive abilities, we explore the emotional, energetic and subconscious layers shaping your mind–body experience.

This is a gentle, grounded exploration that provides clarity, calm and a shift in how you relate to your symptoms and your story.

What’s Included

3 x 60-90 minute sessions

Pre-Program Mind–Body Questionnaire

Before your first session, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire exploring:

  • physical symptoms

  • emotional patterns

  • stress triggers

  • nervous system responses

  • metaphysical symbolism

  • intuitive impressions

  • past events your body may still hold

This gives us a clear picture of where imprints may sit in your system and allows our work to go deeper from the very first session.

Session 1: Understanding Your Mind–Body Meaning

Uncover the deeper story behind your symptoms and emotional patterns.

In this session we explore:

  • what your physical symptoms may be signalling

  • emotional imprints your body may still be carrying

  • nervous system patterns shaped by past experiences

  • metaphysical or symbolic meaning

You’ll leave with clarity and a deep understanding of the patterns we’ll shift in the following sessions.

Session 2: Explore the Imprint

Explore and shift the emotional and nervous system imprint influencing your symptoms.

We work with:

  • intuitive guidance

  • understanding the emotions and chakra connections

  • metaphysical interpretation

  • basic nervous system regulation

  • subconscious beliefs connected to the symptom

This session helps the body soften, relax and release what it has been holding, creating space for new patterns to emerge.

Session 3: Rewire & Realign

Create new pathways that support a healthier mind–body connection.

In this session we focus on:

  • your progress from the last two sessions

  • rewiring the neural pathways

  • new behavioural and energetic patterns

  • daily mind–body awareness

  • a personalised long-term plan

You’ll leave with new insight, a grounded direction forward and a shift in how your body responds.

I have a unique insight into the power of the mind and how damaging stress can be to our wellbeing because I’ve been there too.

I made it through the devastating prospect of going blind, I lived with chronic pain and I flourished from an autoimmune condition that caused fatigue, nerve pain, severe eczema and extreme hypersensitivity.

I get it. Life can be out right challenging, but with the power of presence and the power of our mind, we can rewrite our story!

My adventures into the mind have taken me to walk sacred paths in Nepal, sit with Buddhist Masters and explore how visualisation, presence and neuroscience unlock a new way of being.

My work is soulful, scientifically grounded and with compassionate support from someone who’s walked the path.

How am I qualified to support you during this program?

Like all of my programs and workshops, this program is developed based on my personal experience. These are the exact same practices and techniques that I have used to invoke the power of the mind, balance my nervous system and rewrite my story.

I spend a lot of time researching the latest methods in neuroscience, through my favourite thought leaders like Joe Dispenza, Gabor Mate and Louise Hay. Plus I am continually studying Buddhist philosophy and meditation in Australia and overseas.
