Whether you are beginning your practice or refining it to a more advanced level, you will receive the insight, structure and guidance needed to build consistency and depth. Nat draws on Buddhist meditation, mindfulness principles and simple neuroscience based tools to help you create a practice that fits your life and supports your wellbeing.
By the end of your lessons, you will have a clear understanding of the techniques that suit you, confidence in your ability to meditate on your own and a mindfulness approach that supports you in staying present, steady and connected in your everyday life.

Like all of my programs and workshops, this program is developed based on my personal experience. These are the exact same practices and techniques that I have used to invoke the power of the mind, balance my nervous system and rewrite my story.
