A six session journey to help you step out of old patterns and into the next chapter of your life, inspired by Joe Dispenza’s future-self principles and grounded in mindfulness and neuroscience.

Everyone has a story shaped by past experiences, responsibilities, stress and emotional challenges. But none of these define the chapter ahead. Your story changes when your awareness changes, when your body stops holding on to the past and when your nervous system feels safe enough for you to grow.

The Rewrite Your Story Program guides you through this transformation using mindfulness, neuroscience, emotional awareness and the RISE Method, Nat’s signature framework for stepping out of old patterns and into deliberate creation.

Joe Dispenza teaches that when you shift your emotional state, your thoughts and the way you see yourself, you create a new future. You stop reliving the past and begin embodying the version of yourself you want to become.
This program brings that theory into practical, real-life transformation for people who want guidance, structure and clarity as they evolve into their future self.

The programs inspiration:

This program is based on the exact steps that I took to get myself off the Immunosuppressants when I knew they were causing side effects that outweighed the benefits they may have been creating. I had to dig deep into my self worth - boy that was a long journey - and every single day, I would stay in bed until I could flip my frequency and step into my new self.

I learnt along the way that our pain, illnesses and heart ache keep us in the past and in order to step into our new self and rewrite our story, we need a mix of presence and future, we need to be able to feel the difference between the different frequencies in our body.

Whilst I was doing this daily practice I would embody myself as a healthy teacher, out there, sharing my findings and techniques and allowing others to transform their life.

Little did I know that when I finally made it to Nepal in July, that the ripple effects from my daily mindset and nervous system work would be so awesome.

I approached a local monastery that I'd been to the year before to ask if I could do some volunteer relief teaching. After just one day I was offered a spot on the daily timetable! ME! Aussie, white girl Nat who looked very out of place in the monastery was invited to teach the senior student monks 5-6 days a week! Wow!

The other amazing frequency match was when I was in retreat at Kopan Monastery, with full intention of just being the student at an intermediate Buddhist retreat and indulging in all of the healing and peace that brings. One thing led to another, and there were students who were new and didn't understand the purpose or process for the daily retreat shrine set up. Within the blink of an eye, I was leading a class every morning, showing students the process and explaining why we set up the shrine the way we do. Part of me could hardly believe it - me. me! teaching at Kopan Monastery - wow!! But that was easy enough to set aside because I knew the truth - I was stepping into my higher frequency and had rewritten my story!

Recognise the patterns, beliefs and emotional loops shaping your current story.

Integrate the messages held in your mind and body, including emotional imprints and the self worth patterns that keep you anchored in the past.

Step into your next chapter by accessing the thoughts, emotions and identity of your future self.

E - Embody

Embody the changes through intention, repetition and heart-led action so your new story becomes your new reality.

You will move through the RISE Method across all six sessions.

Who is this program designed for?

Rewrite Your Story is created for that moment.

It is for people who, like you once did, feel an inner knowing that they are meant for more. A version of you that is clearer, stronger and more grounded. A version your body can finally trust. A version your mind is ready to grow into, even if the path forward has felt confusing or overwhelming.

This program draws on Joe Dispenza’s future self principles and Nat’s RISE Method to help you step out of the emotional loops, survival patterns and limiting beliefs that keep pulling you back into the past. You will recognise the patterns shaping your story, integrate the messages held in your mind and body, step into the identity of your next chapter and embody the changes needed for your evolution.

This is where you stop surviving and start rising.
This is where you rewrite your story.

Session 1: Recognise – Your Current Story and Your Next Chapter

You begin by identifying where you are now, the obstacles and patterns holding you back, and the story you want to be living.
You explore:
• the beliefs shaping your current life
• the emotional and behavioural loops keeping you stuck
• the identity you want to step into
This session gives you clarity and direction, and activates the Recognise stage of the RISE Method.


Session 2: Integrate – Listening to Your Mind and Body

Using mindfulness and presence, you tune into:
• the thoughts that keep you anchored to the past

• the self worth beliefs that make change feel unsafe
• the emotions your body has been holding
• the sensations that signal old fear or survival patterns
You learn what your mind and body are communicating and what needs to be released or understood so you can move forward.
This session embodies the Integrate stage of the RISE Method.

Session 3: Integrate – Working With Your Amygdala (Your Survival System)

You explore your amygdala and your natural fight, flight and freeze responses.
You learn:
• why change triggers resistance
• how your brain tries to protect you
• how to shift old emotional reactions
This session helps you stop reliving old patterns and creates the inner safety needed for transformation.
It completes the Integrate stage and prepares you for the next phase.

Session 4: Step Into – Accessing the Frequency of Your Next Chapter

You begin connecting with your future self in a grounded, practical way.
Through presence, emotional rehearsal and identity shifts, you:
• practise feeling the internal state of your next chapter
• experience small but powerful glimpses of your new reality
• learn how to shift out of the old emotional home
This session initiates the Step Into stage of the RISE Method.

Session 5: Embody – Manifesting Through Neuroscience and Heart-Led Action

Manifesting becomes practical and science-based.
You explore:
• what you truly want in the major areas of life
• how neural pathways shape your future
• how to rewire old habits and reactions
• how to align your actions with your future identity
This session is the Embody stage of the RISE Method, where the new story becomes lived rather than imagined.

Session 6: Embody – Integration, Consolidation and the Path Forward

You bring everything together.
You review & ensure you are comfortable with fully embodying your new self:
• your shifts
• the emotional patterns that have changed
• the identity you are stepping into
• the story you are now choosing
You leave with a personalised way forward and a clear plan for continuing your evolution.
This session completes the Embody stage of the RISE Method.

How am I qualified to support you during this program?

Like all of my programs and workshops, this program is developed based on my personal experience. These are the exact same practices and techniques that I have used to invoke the power of the mind, balance my nervous system and rewrite my story.
