I know exactly how you feel because I've been there.

In March 2023, my world fell apart.

An allergic reaction to medication fried my vagus nerve. My nervous system went into complete overload.

I was seen as an emergency case by the top Professor at the RPAH Allergy Unit. After over 30 years in this business he said the words that broke my soul 'you're one of the worst cases I've ever seen.'

He even pointed out that the rashes were following the trail of my vagus nerve. I thought great! Mindfulness will cure this in no time.

My body rejected everything: food, touch, even aromas. I developed MCAS and chronic nerve pain, I was covered from head to toe in this red, hot, thick rash and I had to succumb and take immunosuppressants to stop my body from fighting against itself. It felt like I was living in a bubble, unable to participate in normal life.

I'd been meditating for over 10 years and I'd managed to get my eyesight back after the drs had said I was going blind. Why weren't these techniques working the same?

Then I realised, this wasn't a mind problem.

This was much deeper, it was a nervous system problem.

Then everything changed in Nepal

Immersed in the chanting, meditations and mind-retraining teachings of high level Buddhist program, I started to heal.

The red skin settled

The nerve pain disappeared

I could eat curry and rice and all the delicious Nepali food.

I could sit near the incense and not end up with excruiating headaches.

When I came home I studied my diaries and realised it was a nervous system healing!

So I created the Lotus Moments Protocol and continued working on my nervous system and weaned myself of the Immunosuppressants and started to integrate back into a normal life.

8 months later my dermatologist stared at my skin in disbelief. She even called it a miracle. She couldn't believe I was off the immunosuppressants and still ok. Afterall, one year earlier my body was fighting against itself and I was in extremem pain.

It wasn't a miracle. It was my nervous system, unbeknownst to me at the time, I was regulating my nervous system.
