WHY I CREATED THIS MASTERCLASS
I created this Beyond Pain Masterclass after realising how helpful mindfulness has been in creating a healthy relationship with my chronic pain. I was experiencing 12-19/10 chronic pain daily, my mental health was a mess and I missed my old life.
As I kept practicing these techniques I realised they were helping me with my emotional pain - anxiety, grief, frustration - and slowly it led to surrendering and acceptance and I found my sparkle again, and the pain seemed to move to the background.
