Program Overview

Connect with Your Chakras is a guided, experiential coaching journey that helps you tune into and sense your own chakras.

Rather than focusing on chakra theory, this program guides you to feel and work with your own energy body, enabling you to recognise how your thoughts, emotions and life experiences affect each chakra and, in turn, your overall wellbeing.

The program is designed to support you if you’re living with anxiety, chronic illness, or feeling out of touch with your mind–body connection, helping you build awareness, connection, and confidence in your ability to create balance and flow through intuitive energy awareness.

Program Outline

Session 1 – Chakra Reading & Intention Setting

Begin your journey with a personal intuitive chakra balance and reading from Nat. Set your intentions for the program and explore how your energy body reflects your current mind–body state.

Session 2 - Reviewing your life balance

Using the Wheel of Life, you take take the time consider each aspect of your life and see if your life is truly balanced or what areas we need to focus on during this program. The areas of the Wheel of Life correspond with your chakras so we get to work on them in an energetic, physical and emotional way through the program.

Sessions 3-9 – The Seven Main Chakras

Each session focuses on one chakra through direct sensing, guided meditation, intuitive inquiry, and awareness practice.

You’ll explore:

  • What each chakra represents

  • What to sense to see if your chakra is balanced or imbalanced / over active or underactive (different terms are used by different schools)

  • Explore how chakra balance links to your thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing.

  • Simple tools and daily practices to bring balance and flow

Session 10 – Closing Chakra Reading & Integration

Enjoy one more intuitive chakra balance and reading from Nat.

Reflect on the shifts in your awareness and energy.

Integrate your mind–body–energy connection and establish your personal ongoing practice.

How am I qualified to support you during this program?

Like all of my programs and workshops, this program is developed based on my personal experience. These are the exact same practices and techniques that I have used to invoke the power of the mind, balance my nervous system and rewrite my story.
