In 2015, I faced the devastating prospect of going blind. My anxiety and stress were all-consuming and my life felt like it was falling apart. This was the catalyst that ignited a personal journey to explore Eastern techniques to help manage my anxiety and despair with this life-changing situation.
Today, I share the very mindfulness and metaphysics techniques that have allowed me to create a life I love, whilst still living with the chronic pain, an autoimmune disease, hypersensitivity and fatigue, I still manage to juggle the busy-ness of life and cram in all of the things I'm passionate about.
