My journey includes going from the buzz of parliament house to nearly losing my eyesight, enduring chronic pain, anxiety, hopelessness and a chronic autoimmune disease that had my body fighting against itself.

What followed was an adventure led by curiosity, taking me deep into Buddhism, presence and the science of the mind.

I discovered how nervous system healing, mindfulness and the power of the mind can transform how we experience life and open the door to rewriting our story.
